Grotto Theatre Summer Camp

• The proposal was not discussed at the faculty meeting this past week. Bro. Cliffard (Chair of the Theater Department) said that the "discussion was tabled" because some of the faculty have not reviewed or were not familiar with the proposal. We were informed that they will try to set up another meeting to discuss it.
  

• Seve and Katie will be asking the students in Bro. Hansen's play writing class if they would contribute to the pieces that will be performed by the Grotto Camp attendees.
  

• Bro. Linton supports the idea of creating t-shirts for the group. He will assist us in ordering them through the school. The shirts will be a great way of advertising.
  

• Shirts--we need to design the t-shirt.
  

• Bro. Linton also feels that it would be a good idea to use the multimedia students to film an informative Youtube video.

• MariAnna is now in charge of emails, Twitter and Facebook.
